M.Sc. (Tech.)
The three year M. Sc. (Tech.) course comprises fully of applied and theoretical procedures being used in industries as well in extensive researches.
Admissions
PET (Postgraduate Entrance Test) :
PET (Postgraduate Entrance Test) is conducted by Banaras Hindu University every year at All India Level for admissions in postgraduate programs in all the constituent departments.
Qualifying in PET is essential to get admission in M. Sc. (Tech.) Geophysics program.
Eligibility
Minimum 50%marks in graduation with physics and mathematics as their subject and one of chemistry, computer science, statistics, and geology as their combination.
Number of seats
Presently it is 35 including all reservations, in addition to these there are several supernumerary seats. No. of seats are subject to change as per University decision.
Admission test details
Admission is made through All India Entrance Test (PET) conducted by BHU every year. Test contains questions from graduation level mathematics and physics with equal priority.
